A serial early HR leader at tech startups, Stacey Nordwall is currently the VP of People Strategy at Pyn where she has created Pyn's 50 Over 50 Women in Tech list and the Guide to Inclusive and Equitable Workplace Communications.
Previous to that, she helped to scale the people team at Culture Amp as it grew from Series A to Series E.
She is an advisor to HR Tech companies Airvet and Overalls as well as an advisor with PeopleTech Partners.
Stacey is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where people can thrive and helping People teams evolve to meet the new world of work. She has an MA with Honors in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary's College of California and a BA in Psychology and Communication from Stanford University.

With nearly a decade of experience in marketing at HR tech startups, Alexis (Lexi) Croswell is currently a freelance marketing consultant.
Most recently, she served as the first marketing hire and Head of Marketing at Pyn, where she led the charge on persona development, positioning, and brand development. Prior to Pyn, she built content strategies at Torch and Culture Amp.
Lexi is passionate about supporting women in the workplace and empowering progressive People teams.
